Blvk Indigo Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Blvk Indigo! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Return Eligibility You may return items purchased from Blvk Indigo within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused and in their original condition with all tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items The following items are non-returnable:

• Gift cards
• Sale items marked as final sale
• Personalized or custom items

3. Initiating a Return To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact our customer service team at BlvkIndigo.shop@gmail.com to request a return authorization.
• Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
• You will receive instructions on how to proceed with the return.

4. Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $50.

5. Refund Process Once we receive your return, it will be inspected, and you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

6. Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please return the original item as outlined above and place a new order.
